Bespoke commissions
Design your very own beautiful bespoke quilt, cushion, or gift
Do you have an idea for a bespoke quilt or have you already seen something you like but it’s not quite the right size or colour? Maybe you are looking for a baby quilt to welcome a new arrival or a personalised gift for a special occasion? Whether you have your own designs or would like to collaborate, I am here to bring those ideas to life. I will create something truly unique… made just for you or that special loved one.
Please read through the details on this page, which provides you with all the information you need to help you place your commission order. The enquiry form below is the first step where I will provide you with a no obligation quote for your commission.

How does it work?
1. Enquiry contact form
Complete and submit the enquiry form below with as much detail as you can. I will then send you a no obligation quote for your commission.

*Required information. These fields must be filled before submitting the form.
The Peacock Lotus will never share your information with third parties. A full breakdown of our privacy policy can be found in the GDPR section on the T&Cs page.
2. Commission quote
Upon receipt of your enquiry form, should I need more information, I will contact you for an informal discussion where we can discuss your ideas in more detail in order to provide you with a more accurate order quote.
After all relevant information has been gathered, I will then provide design sketches for you to review, along with some fabric suggestions, item(s) sizing, an estimated completion date, a full price quote, and any other details needed as per the commission requirement. Please make sure to check your email spam inbox for our email, or add our email address to your contacts to avoid missing any correspondence.
Please read your commission details in full before placing your order. I am available for further questions should you have them.
3. Place your order
When you are happy to proceed, I will send you an invoice with a payment link included. Once payment has been received, and has cleared, you will receive a confirmation receipt. You will have a chance to finalise or tweak any details regarding your order at this stage e.g. border, backing, and finish choices (depending on your order). After all details have been confirmed by yourself, work can then begin.
4. Making your order
I will then get to work creating your order. I will keep you fully updated on the progress.
I aim to complete orders within 6-8 weeks from when works begin unless otherwise agreed. If you need your order for a specific date please state this in our initial contact before placing your order.
5. All done!
Once completed I will post your order to you, ready for presenting to the recipient, or for unwrapping yourself.
Postage and package costs are included in the price of your order if the cost is over £50 (UK only) and I will use recorded delivery. If you are able to collect your order in person please contact me to book an appointment for this.
