Description
“Dumbo” will always be a classic favourite for children young and not-so-young. Made in a simple block pattern to show off the designs of the fabric, this cot-sized quilt will be backed with a starry, light brushed cotton fabric.
Fabric top: 100% cotton
Backing: 100% light-brushed Moda cotton
Wadding: 80/20 cotton/polyester
The quilting will be wavy lines that follow the blocks.
Nearly there… Dumbo cot quilt
You have the choice for this part-made quilt to be finished in one of two sizes. It can be purchased as shown in the photos, with an edge-to-edge quilt top design, or for a larger option the same backing fabric will be used to make a 3″ wide self-binding mitred border on all sides. An example of a mitred border can be found under Border styles, on the Commissions page.
The size options are listed below, and you will need to make your choice before ordering.
Size 1: Cot, approx. 30″x35″
Size 2: Cot, approx. 36″x41″ (includes the 3″ wide mitred border)
